We recognize that your personal journal entries, reflections, uploaded photo memories, and personal notes created within Marvel-Us Journal are private to you (“User Content”).

  • Private by Design: RaiderHawk Media Corp. does not read, analyze, monetize, or sell your private journal entries.

  • Cloud Storage & Syncing: If you enable cloud backup or multi-device sync, your User Content is transmitted and stored securely using encrypted cloud infrastructure solely for the purpose of providing you seamless access across your devices.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for legitimate business purposes, including:

A. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
